《幾段告白》的靈感源自古老的說書傳統：《一千零一夜》的故事集。短篇故事交織，形成緊密相連的長篇畫卷，從1972年一部義大利電影對台灣的衝擊開始，結束在此刻的愛情故事。消逝與變動交相輝映，指向未知的未來。

"Tales of the city" is inspired by the ancient storytelling tradition of "One Thousand and One Nights." The short stories are linked to form a long scroll, beginning with the impact of an Italian film on Taiwan in 1972 and ending with a love story. The interplay of loss and change points to an unknown future.
